VeloWhere is a smart cycling gear recommendation app. It reads the weather along your route — temperature, wind, rain and UV — and gives you personalized clothing and gear suggestions, so you're dressed right for every ride.

How does VeloWhere work?

Import a cycling route from Strava, Garmin, Wahoo or Ride with GPS, or upload a GPX, FIT or TCX file. VeloWhere samples the hourly forecast along the route for your departure time and riding speed, then recommends the right gear for the conditions.

What platforms does VeloWhere integrate with?

VeloWhere integrates with Strava, Garmin Connect, Wahoo ELEMNT, and Ride with GPS. You can also upload route files directly in GPX, FIT, or TCX formats.

What weather data does VeloWhere use?

VeloWhere uses hourly forecast data along your route — temperature, wind speed and direction, precipitation, humidity and UV index — timed to when you'll actually be at each point of the ride.

Can I edit my routes in VeloWhere?

Yes. VeloWhere includes a route editor that lets you crop sections, reverse direction and trim your route before running the weather and gear analysis.

What types of gear does VeloWhere recommend?

VeloWhere recommends cycling clothing and accessories — base layers, jerseys, jackets, gloves and eyewear — based on temperature, wind, rain, UV exposure, ride duration and your personal warm/cold preference.

Is VeloWhere free to use?

VeloWhere is free to download and use, with route import, weather analysis and gear recommendations included.

Is my data secure with VeloWhere?

Request deletion without the app

If you still have the app, delete directly there (Settings → Delete Account) — it takes effect immediately, no email needed. If you never created an account (used VeloWhere without signing in), the in-app path is yours too — guest data is deleted the same way, and there is no web path for it.

Use this form if you no longer have the app installed and signed in with Google, Apple, or email. Here's how it works:

You submit the email you signed in with.
We reply to that address — reply to confirm it's really you (this is how we verify the request; without your confirmation nothing is deleted).
Once confirmed, we delete your account and data within 7 days of your original request.
